REFUND POLICY
Most drops will work on a pre-order system. Because of this, I cannot just issue refunds or returns if you ordered the wrong size or color. I make sure to stay transparent in my sizing charts so that you can get the best possible fit. However, if you did make a mistake and catch it early (before I start bulk production) let me know through an insta DM or email and I can see what I can do to fix it. Either way, don't be afraid to reach out and I can see what I can do to help.
Please make sure you provide the correct address when checking out. It's your liability if you put the wrong address and don't notify me before I ship. This seems harsh but it ensures that I can continue to manage such a small business (especially when each product is expensive).
If the mistake is on my end, I will fix the issue however I can (either issue a refund, exchange, or get you a new product). Mistakes on my end could include sending the wrong size, color, or design.
